Questions about choosing
Do I have to decide on a destination when ordering?+
You give us your business name and town at checkout — we set the destination from that before your stand ships, usually your Google review window. You can change it as often as you like afterwards in your account.
Can I mix forms in one order?+
Yes. The volume discount counts per line item, though: ten identical pieces reach the higher tier, two sets of five different ones do not. For larger mixed quantities an enquiry via the business page is worth it.
Which form collects the most reviews?+
The one that sits in the right place. In a shop that is the stand at the point of payment; for work at the customer's place it is the badge, because there is no counter there. What matters is the moment right after the service, not the material.
Do customers need an app?+
No, in no case. A tap opens the destination in the browser; anyone without NFC scans the printed QR code on the black stand.
