Do I need an app to use the stand?+
No. Your guests tap the NFC chip with their smartphone — on the black stand they can scan the printed QR code instead. The redirect opens right in the browser, no app or sign-up required.
Does it work with all smartphones?+
Yes. Virtually all current Android devices and iPhones support NFC. The black stand additionally carries a QR code that works on any phone with a camera.
Can I change the destination later?+
Anytime. In the customer portal you can change the destination URL as often as you like — the printed stand stays the same, no new one needed.
Do I have to set my stand up?+
No. We store the destination before it ships — your business name from the order is enough. You unpack it, put it down, done. You can change the destination yourself in the portal later, to your Instagram profile for instance.
