B2B & teams

NFC & QR for your whole team

Stands for every location, NFC business cards for the whole team, badges as customer gifts: in business quantities you also get tiered pricing, a formal quote and payment by invoice. What you will find here: the discount tiers in force, a worked example for 10, 25 and 50 units, the process from enquiry to delivery, and answers to the questions purchasing departments ask. We reply to every enquiry within one business day.

Tiered pricing

1–2 piecesList price
3–9 pieces−10 %
10–50 pieces−15 %
51+ piecescustom quote

Tiers apply per line item, not to the order value: 10 identical stands reach the second tier, whereas 5 plus 5 of different variants only reach the first. If you mix variants and still need the higher tier, we settle that in the quote.

What business customers get

Own branding

Logo, colours and your own wording on cards, stands and badges — we implement your corporate design.

Bulk personalisation via CSV

A spreadsheet with names/destinations is enough — we personalise every card individually (for a whole team, for example).

Central management

Change every redirect destination at any time — staff changes without a reprint.

Invoice & quote

A formal quote up front, payment by invoice available for business customers.

Request a quote

Tell us the product, the quantity and where the redirect should point. Reply within one business day, no obligation.

Worked example

Calculated on the Google Review Stand White at a list price of 39,99 €. The numbers come from the same discount tiers the cart uses — they are not wishful figures but what the system computes.

QuantityUnit priceWithout discountTotalYou save
10 pieces33,99 €399,90 €339,90 €60,00 €
25 pieces33,99 €999,75 €849,75 €150,00 €
50 pieces33,99 €1.999,50 €1.699,50 €300,00 €

All prices include VAT and shipping within Germany. For other products the amount shifts; the percentages stay the same.

From 51 units we stop calculating along the tiers and write a quote instead — at those quantities branding and bulk personalisation usually come into play, and those belong in a quote rather than a table.

From first contact to delivery

  1. 1
    Enquiry

The form below or an email, with product, quantity and the destination the redirect should point at. If you need branding, mentioning it is enough for now — we sort out files afterwards.

  2. 2
    Quote

Within one business day you get a formal quote with unit and total price, payment method and the date we can deliver. No subscription, no running fees for the redirect.

  3. 3
    Approval

For standard products your confirmation is enough. With your own branding we send a proof first; nothing goes into production before you approve it.

  4. 4
    Production & personalisation

Stock items are picked straight away. For bulk personalisation we take names and destinations from your spreadsheet, so every card is right individually and nobody types a hundred codes by hand.

  5. 5
    Setup & shipping

We store the destinations before shipping — one per piece, or all of them on the same one. Shipping within Germany is free. The current batch is available for pre-order, delivery from 11 September.

Own branding and bulk personalisation

Standard shop products carry our motif. For business quantities we implement your corporate design: logo, colours and your own wording on cards, stands and badges. Which files we need depends on the product and is stated in the quote — send what you have and we will tell you what is missing.

Bulk personalisation means a spreadsheet with names and destinations is enough; we set up every card individually. That is the difference between one team order and a hundred separate ones — for you it stays one process, one invoice, one delivery date.

After delivery you manage all destinations centrally in your account. When someone changes position or leaves, you repoint the destination; the hardware stays in circulation and needs no reprint. With teams that, not the unit price, is the real cost factor.

Typical constellations

Chain with 12 locations

One review stand per branch, each pointing at that location's own Google profile. Twelve identical stands reach the second discount tier, and the mapping from location to destination then lives in a list in your account instead of a spreadsheet doing the rounds.

Team of 30 business cards

One card per person, each on their own profile. Bulk personalisation takes names and destinations from your spreadsheet. New hires get a card ordered later — same design, same quote as the basis.

Trade fair appearance

Badges for booth staff, all pointing at the fair landing page and switched to the company profile afterwards. One set of badges therefore survives several events instead of disappearing into a cupboard after teardown.

Frequently asked questions from business customers

Does the volume discount apply to the whole order?+

No, it applies per line item. Ten identical stands reach the second tier; five plus five of different variants only reach the first. For mixed orders in business quantities we settle it in the quote.

Can we pay by invoice?+

Payment by invoice is available for business customers; the terms are stated in the quote. Without a quote the order runs through the usual payment methods in the shop.

How long does production with our own branding take?+

That depends on product and quantity, which is why it is stated bindingly in the quote rather than here. The current batch is available for pre-order, delivery from 11 September.

What happens when someone leaves the team?+

You repoint that card's destination in your account — to their successor or temporarily to a neutral page. No reprint is needed and the card stays in circulation.

Can every branch have its own destination?+

Yes. Every piece has its own code and therefore its own destination. You can point them individually at location profiles or all at the same address, and change that later at any time.

Are there running costs for the redirect?+

No. The purchase is one-off, the redirect costs nothing, and changing a destination is free as well — even across a hundred cards.
