Right of Withdrawal
The following policy applies to the delivery of goods from our shop.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).
In our shop, this concerns products that are individually manufactured or personalized according to your specifications (e.g. cards, stands or tags printed with your name, logo or individual details). Such items are marked accordingly on the product page and in the shopping cart. For non-personalized standard items, the right of withdrawal applies without restriction.

Early Start and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Tapenda Pro is activated immediately after the contract is concluded. For this to be permissible, when ordering you expressly request that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract (§ 356 (4), § 357 (8) BGB).
If you then withdraw within the period, you owe compensation only for the period already used — not the full fee. Without that express request, no such compensation is owed.
